Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1 – 2 days and delivery confirmed by way of nominated courier partners. Cost is subject to location. Delivery takes between 1 – 3 working days from order to delivery. Please ensure the correct delivery address is used when completing the transaction via www.easycurves.co.za or is sent to us via email if you have done a manual order (info@pixelpunks.co.za). We will not reimburse products that have been sent to the wrong address.

A door-to-door delivery is considered complete as soon as the parcel is accepted and signed for either by the customer or by an individual on the customer’s behalf at the specified delivery address. It is your responsibility, as the buyer, to ensure that you or the intended receiver of the gift (when applicable) inspect(s) the parcel on arrival and makes known any justifiable complaints. The receiver has the right to refuse the parcel if it appears to have been opened or if it has clearly been damaged. Such complaints and claims must be brought to the attention of Easy Curves by emailing: info@pixelpunks.co.za
