Easy Curves is a business in the apparel industry that specializes in shapewear. Product range includes padded panties, belts and stick-on bras. This website can be accessed at www.easycurves.co.za, related mobi-sites and software applications. All users and account holders, including those that buy from the site (“buyers”) are bound by these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”).
By shopping or browsing on this site, you:
- represent and warrant that you have read and understood these terms and conditions as well as the policies displayed on this Site; and
- agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as well as the policies.
Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Easy Curves is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Easy Curves will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 15 % administration fee.
No exchanges or refunds are done on underwear garments (padded panties, stick on bras etc.) Our products are classed as underwear/shapewear garment which means we do not have to accept returns.
We offer exchanges and refunds on belts ONLY. We do not offer returns on items that have been worn or damaged e.g. Deodorant marks, hairs, forced stretching ripples, dirt, torn packaging. If you do not qualify for an exchange, we will reject your exchange request.
We do not refund any postage costs for exchanges. You will be liable for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchanges are to be returned within a 30day period of receiving the product and in its original state and packaging. In the instance that a refund is received, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the customer’s refunded amount.
